We understand that e-mail is a simple and cost effective
method of communication. However, sensitive personal and account
information such as account numbers, Social Security numbers,
passwords, or Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) should
never be sent by email.
A Prince George’s Federal Savings Bank employee may not
immediately review e-mail messages that you send, therefore you
must contact the bank by telephone or in person for matters
needing immediate attention.
E-mail messages will not serve as a sufficient method for any
requirement imposed on you to provide written notice, nor may
any e-mail message be used to place a stop payment order on a
check, request transfers between accounts, report lost or stolen
checks, or to report lost or stolen bank cards and/or codes (PINs).
