- A government-required disclosure
- The residential loan application
- A list of the documentation that is usually necessary to process a loan request
- A release so that we can communicate with others and gather documentation needed to complete your loan request.
2. Gather together the listed documentation that applies to your situation as outlined in the Required Documents Checklist (part of the attachment above).
3. Sign the application, the release, and the disclosure.
